Kevin Blanco

Developer advocate and passionate advocate for connecting technology with people, Kevin, based in Costa Rica, fosters developer communities, shares knowledge, and promotes collaborative innovation.

Kevin will be giving a keynote address on how communities transformed his career and how they can transform yours.

Fei is a digital nomad from the west coast of British Columbia. After a decade as a Drupal developer, they now work with multi-disciplinary enterprise engineering teams to streamline processes and architect scalable automation systems. Having recently finished their tenure on the Drupal Association Board of Directors, they’re excited to bring that knowledge back to their work in the Drupal community and beyond.

Founder of Indie Mind, a product studio focused on indie hacking with AI. He specializes in emerging technologies such as agentic programming, blockchain, and applied artificial intelligence. He builds products with AI agents as if they were a full team.
From Costa Rica, he teaches independent Latin American entrepreneurs how to leverage new tools to build their own businesses.

An expert in GitHub Copilot, frontend architecture, and developer culture, he has been a Product Evangelist, a LinkedIn Learning instructor since 2015, and the author of three books.
His greatest strength is transforming technical complexity into clear and actionable learning, inspiring developers to build with confidence, speed, and purpose.
